Knowlton Fine Arts

Knowlton Fine Arts is a homeschool group that exists to develop the musical and artistic senses of our children.  In our 12th year, Knowlton Fine Arts is a K-12 co-operative that meets every Friday at Knowlton Presbyterian and hosts nearly a hundred children.  The program hires highly qualified teachers in voice, choirs, band, individual instruments (guitar, winds, brass, strings, percussion), as well as general art, drawing, watercolors, acrylics, sculpture, etc. In addition, parents lead skilled enrichment classes across a variety of fields in the sciences, math, humanities, drama, language arts, and more.

Knowlton Fine Arts also exists to provide genuine Christian community and encouragement to parents homeschooling their children.  With families representing a wide variety of Christian communions and coming from Warren, Sussex, and Morris counties in New Jersey, as well as Northhampton and Monroe Counties in Pennsylvania, ours home school group is regionally diverse.  Many have testified to the closeness in friendship they have found with other families in our program, lasting years after their days in the program.  With two concert/shows a year, Knowlton Fine Arts offers its children opportunities to perform to high standards of excellence.  Operating on a single full day each week in two terms from September to December, and January to May, we offer a wonderful change up to the weeks homeschooling parents offer their own children.  For more information, go to Knowlon Fine Arts website here.
