Knowlton's youth group is here to spiritually transform the lives of teens across our area through gospel centered teaching that exalts Jesus Christ, Christian friendship that is deep and lasting, and genuine service that shows our hearts have been changed by the Holy Spirit.

 

Here's who we are:

1) We're about an atmosphere of friendship & weloming--where everybody is "in," and we know how to have fun and stick by each other.  And we DO know how to have fun: from games to music concerts to whitewater rafting to service projects to the beach, we let it rip.  But we're also here to be real:  with God and each other. We're a community of friends, and we welcome you as a friend as we explore what it means to follow Jesus. 

 

 
2) We're about a place to see our lives changed--changes will come, you can bank on it; but how do you keep from getting tossed around by them?  We want to change the world, but how do we know what changes really will last?  And how do we know what about us should change and what about us we should keep? The only thing powerful enough to help us understand change, and to change us or the world from the inside out forever is the good news of what God has done in Jesus Christ, called the gospel.  To keep getting tossed around by everything that comes our way, we anchor ourselves in the promises of God in Jesus, given to his people by his Spirit.
